| > Yes, there's 2 different versions of "Max"...this is why: When I'm doing final changes to a painting, I often will "test" an idea in Photoshop before I go ahead an alter a painting permanently...so the original painting does have the small Max in the right-hand corner. But it would be super easy to re-paint that small area to look just like this one to the left. I haven't decided whether to do it yet or leave it as is. | ||||

Escape The Fate is an American post-hardcore band from Las Vegas, Nevada formed in Pahrump, Nevada in 2004. Their debut full-length album, Dying Is Your Latest Fashion, was released on September 26, 2006. Their second full-length album, This War Is Ours was released on October 21, 2008. To date the band has released two full-length studio albums, three EPs, and six music videos and currently members consist of: Craig Mabbitt (vocals), Max Green (bass), Bryan Money (guitars) and Robert Ortiz (drums). - source, Last.FM Ronnie Radke was a founding member and lead singer of Escape The Fate.
Radke was asked to leave the band after he was sentenced to prison in June 2008 for multiple run-ins with the law involving narcotics and battery for a fight that led up to the death of Michael Cook. He is in a new band named Falling in Reverse. Radke was released on December 12, 2010 and Falling in Reverse are set to release their debut album in early 2011.
